Kelly Rae is an international development practitioner with over 14 years’ experience in development and humanitarian programming within faith-based organisations. She has worked through partnerships across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East, holding senior leadership, regional team, and technical roles with agencies such as WorldShare, Anglican Overseas Aid and Tearfund Australia. Kelly brings strong expertise in the Australian development sector, institutional grants management and risk oversight. She is passionate about partnership brokering, program quality and inclusive practice, and thrives in roles championing innovation.

She holds a Master of International and Community Development from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Development from the University of Melbourne.
